The LRCA staff, are focused on developing the complete rugby player and not just the athlete on the field. They also provide ‘Life Labs’ which are 1-hour workshops on soft life skills that every student-athlete should know. This programs are wide ranging but also focus on a skill not taught in a traditional classroom setting. A few examples are; personal finance management, career readiness, sewing, cooking healthy on a budget, and more. The Legacy Rugby College Academy is a high performance, competitive environment where rugby is a tool to keep players engaged in their higher education journey, while simultaneously pursuing their rugby goals.
The Legacy Center sports complex offers 2 indoor training fields and multiple outdoor fields. The facility also has yoga studios, spin studios, and medical treatment rooms to help in the recovery process.
