You're probably doing everything you should be doing this summer to be the strongest, fastest, fittest athlete you can be. Most students I work with can quickly tell me about their strength & conditioning plan, lifting plan, and tournament schedule. What most students CAN'T readily do is discuss what they're doing to fuel their development optimally. This is, unfortunately, a HUGE missing piece of the puzzle that all athletes need to consider as they use the summer to either increase their performance or maintain their performance at national tournaments and games. Most students and families don't know where to start. Well, there's no time like the present!!
